Patrioticfloats.com is dedicated to honoring the greatest moments in American history through parade float construction. It's a place for ideas, inspiration, and instruction to help take your float construction to the next level. For the past ten years, our church has constructed high quality floats and has received a lot of questions on how we built them. Patrioticfloats.com is our attempt to help answer these questions. HOW WE BUILT OUR VIETNAM MEMORIAL WALL FLOAT – Each year our church enters a float in our local town’s annual July 4th celebration parade. For several years, we wanted to take the well known the Lee Teter painting, “Reflections”, and bring it to life. However, we shied away from it afraid it wouldn’t be the right fit for a Independence Day parade.
